About the role
We are presently in search of a Legal counsel to join our team in Stockholm. At our firm, you will find an opportunity for a diverse and progressive role in a professional and global setting.
As our Legal Counsel, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our business operations across a wide range of legal matters. This will include work in general contract law (including IT), AML, GDPR, and corporate law.
Key responsibilities and tasks
Assisting the organization with governance matters
Reviewing, drafting agreements, and evaluating legal risks
Formulating and drafting guidelines, policies and instructions
Providing advice and training in relevant areas to colleagues
You will report to the COO and will work closely with our regulatory team.
Qualification and suitable background
We believe the ideal candidate possesses a Swedish law degree and holds 2-4 years of relevant experience either from a law firm or corporate environment. Success in this role requires familiarity with commercial contracts and corporate law, along with an interest and comprehension of regulatory issues. International exposure and/or experience in fund management is highly advantageous.
As a person, it is important that you are humble, driven, open-minded, pragmatic, and business oriented. We seek someone who thrives in dynamic settings and demonstrates strong capabilities in structured and proactive work approaches. Self-leadership and excellent teamwork skills are essential.
